Her main responsibilities have been to monitor national insurance programs designed for ambulance companies. With the added experience of working for an ambulance company she understands the business inside and out.

A proud active member of the American Ambulance Association since 1982 and is endorsed by the AAA. She attends the AAA committee meetings as often as possible to offer her assistance and to keep up with the many changes within the ambulance industry.

In 1993, with the strong encouragement of her loyal customers Cindy Elbert started her own insurance agency, Cindy Elbert Insurance Services, Inc.
